Our staff will share the best drills and technical progressions for improving speed and power for all athletes.  Athletes will leave our clinic with a detailed "toolkit" that they can utilize throughout their respective seasons to become better, faster, stronger... and more explosive competitors! CLASSES INCLUDE EMPHASIS ON:

 

  • Speed, Quickness, Agility, automated footwork/indefinite locomotion

  • Coordination, Balance and Body Control

  • Basic Movement Principles

  • Core Strength Development

  • MO-STAB-ILITY (Mobility, Stability, Flexibility)

  • Nervous system development

  • Inter/Intramuscular coordination

  • Trains brain for goals in which to grow the body

  • Joint Formation

  • Spinal Development

  • 24 sessions

  • Transportation provided

  • Hydration provided
